This position within the Global Customer Support team demands a blend of technical expertise and leadership skills in the grid automation sector. The successful candidate will be proficient in protection relay applications and will actively participate in pre- and post-sales support. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Level 3 technical support across product platforms
• Create application notes and guidance for product sales
• Address and solve customer complaints effectively
• Conduct training for new products and train regional trainers
• Contribute to customer seminars and product validations
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in power system protection
• Fluent in English, plus other languages beneficial
• Proven leadership and communication abilities
• Willingness to travel up to 25% globally
