• Oversee commissioning activities from construction readiness
• Build and maintain a zero-harm safety setting

• Troubleshoot and define operational performance windows
• Ensure consistent production aligned with customer specifications

• Degree in Chemical or Metallurgical Engineering
• 15+ years of experience in hydrometallurgical management
• Proven experience in startup and commissioning of plants
• Strong skills in product quality control
• Ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
