Position: Contract Management Administrator for Infrastructure
Oversee infrastructure projects as a Contract Management Administrator. Ensure compliance, lead inspections, and manage contract documentation in a municipal environment.
This role will focus on managing key relations within municipal projects, addressing contractor queries, and ensuring that all construction activities comply with agreed specifications and standards. You will coordinate site logistics, conduct inspections, and compile essential data to support project designers. Strong organizational skills and knowledge of Ontario's construction regulations are crucial for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and manage site meeting documentation

• Oversee the administration of large contracts

• Conduct comprehensive inspections for compliance

• Review contract documents for accuracy and completeness

• Manage communications with contractors and clients
Requirements:

• 6+ years' experience in municipal contract administration

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering Technology

• Familiarity with Ontario Standards and Safety Regulations

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools

• Professional certifications (PEO or O.A.C.E.T.T.) preferred
