• Compensation: CAD 100,000 - CAD 150,000 - yearly

• Assist the Project Management team in reviewing and implementing RFIs and change orders.
• Review project costs and scheduling to ensure completion of project within budget and in conformance with specifications.
• Work with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
• Attend meetings and report on project tasks as needed.
• Monitor design changes, contractor and sub‑contractor activities and progress.

• University degree in Civil Engineering with 4 years of experience on MTO projects.
• College diploma in Civil Engineering Technology with 6 years of experience on MTO projects.
• OACETT registration as Road Construction Contract Administrator (RCCA) required or PEng in ON.
• Must have completed successfully Ministry of Transportation T131 Advanced Claims Dispute Resolution training.

• Ideally 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with CMS.
• Proven ability and experience in successfully administering highway/structure construction contracts.
