Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quantity take-offs from project drawings

• Develop and manage tender submission timelines

• Lead project meetings and set performance goals

• Evaluate and communicate ongoing project costs

• Mentor junior estimators within the department
Requirements:

• University degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• At least 7 years of estimating experience

• Proficiency with estimating software is essential

• Familiar with OPSS and CDED regulations

• Valid driver's license necessary for job functions
