Bridge Inspection Project Lead

Lead bridge inspection projects as an experienced Project Lead. Manage structural evaluations and design, ensuring safety and compliance within a hybrid work model.
In this role, you will supervise biennial inspections and coordinate assessments of various transportation structures. Your managerial responsibilities will include guiding a team of engineers and technicians while ensuring adherence to safety standards and project timelines. Engage in business development and client relations to foster growth and secure new projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as supervising engineer for inspections

• Analyze and design transportation structures

• Prepare technical reports and project documentation

• Facilitate site visits for inspections and assessments

• Coordinate with clients and other engineering disciplines
Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in transportation engineering

• BASc or

B.Eng. in civil/structural engineering

• Valid Ontario driver’s license needed

• Familiarity with bridge inspection software

• Strong mentorship and leadership capabilities
