You will define and implement the NPI quality strategy, ensuring customer needs are met in design and production phases. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to drive preventive measures and support continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Define NPI quality strategy and deliverables
• Lead cross-functional quality reviews and assessments
• Manage supplier readiness and component qualifications
• Oversee quality performance during various build phases
• Coordinate resolution of reliability testing issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• 8-10 years in NPI quality management or similar
• Strong understanding of quality management standards
• Experience in managing customer and supplier relationships
• Willingness to travel internationally as necessary
