Ultrasound Transducer Process Engineer

Optimize processes and ensure quality in ultrasound transducers as a Process Engineer. Utilize strong mechanical skills and materials expertise to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
As a Process Engineer, you'll oversee process development and production validations, leveraging your experience in medical device manufacturing. You'll tackle complex engineering issues, enhance yield and throughput, and mentor junior engineers.

Your role will involve close collaboration with Manufacturing/Operations while ensuring compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA QSR standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee critical process flows and production specifications

• Improve precision and subtractive manufacturing processes

• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions

• Optimize acoustic stack processing through materials science

• Utilize DOE and SPC techniques for yield management
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field

• Minimum of 3 years in process or manufacturing engineering

• Demonstrated success in validation and production transfer

• In-depth knowledge of precision manufacturing and tooling

• Proficient in statistical tools like Minitab or JMP
