Job Description Toronto Inspection Ltd. is a medium-sized geo-environmental consulting firm specialized in geotechnical, environmental, hydrogeological and building science services. We are a member of the Association of Professional Engineers Ontario, the Association of Professional Geoscientists Ontario and the Ontario Institute of Professional Agrologists.

We are currently looking for a junior or intermediate hydrogeologist in-training to join our dynamic hydrogeology/environmental team. Strong preference will be given to candidates who has an interdisciplinary background. Please see below for detailed job descriptions.### Responsibilities
* Preparing various hydrogeological and environmental reports.
* Carrying out hydrogeological / environmental field activities, including but not limited to: borehole / monitoring well installation, monitoring well development, slug testing, groundwater/soil sampling, infiltration testing, percolation testing, and long-term monitoring.
* Compiling and managing field data.
* Helping to maintain inventory for both field and laboratory equipment.

We would like to hear from you if:
* You have background in one of the following fields: hydrogeology, environmental science/engineering, geoscience, environmental biology, environmental chemistry, geotechnical / structural engineering or other similar programs.
* Minimum one (1) year of previous consulting experience. Preference will be give to candidates with more than two (2) years of experience.
* Knowledge of provincial and/or municipal hydrogeological/environmental regulations .
* You are eager to learn about a variety of tasks across multiple disciplines and are familiar with Microsoft Office suite, AutoCAD, GIS and / or other drafting tools.
* You are willing to work outdoors under inclement weather conditions and can lift up to 40lb of equipment.
* You have your own vehicle and are comfortable navigating the GTA and surrounding areas.
* Eligibility for an EIT or GIT designation will be an asset.
