Reporting to the Project Manager, you will leverage your four years of experience to guide land development projects through their design and construction phases. Key duties include creating final designs, preparing estimates, and facilitating project approvals while coordinating with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive grading and servicing plans

• Calculate cost estimates and timelines for projects

• Coordinate with various stakeholders for project approvals

• Maintain communication with contractors and clients

• Balance multiple projects efficiently
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology

• Minimum of four (4) years in related roles

• Strong knowledge of land development and municipal design

• Self-driven with excellent communication abilities

• Insight into GTA municipal approval processes
