As part of J.D. Barnes Limited, the leading land surveying organization in Canada, you will oversee essential activities for various projects including surveys and utility mapping.
Your role involves preparation of job estimates, tracking costs, and engaging in client consultations, crucial for project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee topographic and engineering surveys for utilities
• Prepare job estimates and project proposals
• Track project costs accurately and efficiently
• Manage invoice preparation for client billing
• Conduct client consultations and handle other related duties
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as Project Coordinator in utilities
• Working knowledge of GPS technology is an asset
• Strong communication skills with clients
• Detail-oriented with commitment to quality
• Willingness to travel across Ontario and Quebec
