Amphenol Corporation is hiring an Engineering Co-op to support high-speed I/O connectors testing in Markham, ON. This full-time role encompasses hands-on lab work, fixture design, and optimized test setups for advancing AI and ML platforms.
As an Engineering Co-op, you’ll be instrumental in executing and documenting various tests for connector systems. Your tasks include designing test hardware and improving lab workflows while collaborating with experienced engineers. This position not only offers practical exposure to engineering but also supports your education and professional development in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute detailed tests on high-speed connectors utilized in AI and ML

• Design and build effective lab test setups

• Develop custom CAD models for testing fixtures

• Document and analyze test results systematically

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
Requirements:

• Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering

• Interest in laboratory instrumentation and testing

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and design

• Experience with CAD tools preferred

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
