Based in Thornhill, this senior engineering role invites you to drive complex projects involving water treatment plants, pumping stations, and various solid waste facilities. You will utilize your extensive experience in structural design, provide oversight, and mentor emerging engineers, shaping their professional growth and technical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead structural analysis for treatment plants and solid waste facilities
• Develop comprehensive structural designs using industry-standard software
• Translate results into actionable directives for design teams
• Oversee project delivery through specifications and cost estimates
• Conduct site assessments and support project management efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10+ years of structural design experience in relevant sectors
• P.Eng. designation with knowledge of Canadian building codes
• Proficient in STAAD.Pro, S-Frame, and Revit software
• Experience with interdisciplinary collaboration and field inspections
