Position: Senior ASIC Design Engineer at Qualcomm

As part of Qualcomm's ASICS Engineering group, you'll work on the development of micro-architectures for audio and AI IP blocks. Candidates should possess strong ASIC design skills, proficiency in Verilog/VHDL, and a deep understanding of ASIC/VLSI concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to projects that optimize sound quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop micro-architecture and specifications for audio and AI IP blocks

• Implement modules and integrate IP from multiple teams

• Analyze performance, area, and power tradeoffs effectively

• Identify and review power optimization opportunities

• Collaborate with verification teams on testing methodologies
Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of ASIC design experience

• Proficient in Verilog/VHDL RTL design

• Strong understanding of ASIC and VLSI concepts

• Experience with logic synthesis tools

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
