Principal Civil Designer

Position: Worley Principal Civil Designer Role

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for preparing precise civil earthwork design drawings and models. Candidates should have robust EPC/design experience, especially in industrial and mining sectors. Mentorship of junior designers and coordination with various engineering disciplines are key components of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop site earthwork, grading, and drainage designs

• Mentor and supervise junior design team members

• Coordinate closely with other engineering disciplines

• Perform site visits for on-ground assessments

• Compile Material Take-Offs and manage project documentation
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Design and Drafting or equivalent

• Proficient in Civil 3D and AutoCAD tools

• Significant experience in industrial civil earthwork projects

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

• Prior mining project experience preferred
