Building Systems Commissioning Consultant

Elevate commissioning services within building systems as a Mechanical Consultant. Provide expert oversight on mechanical and electrical systems while contributing to business growth in Eastern Ontario.
This role involves delivering comprehensive commissioning services with a focus on HVAC systems. You will participate in site visits, ensuring compliance and quality in project delivery. Your interactions will span clients, contractors, and internal teams, fostering collaboration for optimum outcomes. Responsibilities include preparing commissioning documentation and supporting best practices in project proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver commissioning for building mechanical/electrical systems

• Conduct extensive site visits for project coordination

• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies

• Compile and prepare test scripts and reports

• Support business development and collaborative proposals
Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred

• 3+ years of commissioning or related experience

• Strong grasp of mechanical HVAC systems and controls

• Familiarity with construction documentation and specifications

• Readiness for significant travel for site visits
