Position: Senior SoC DFX Engineer at AMD
Elevate your engineering career with AMD as a Senior SoC DFX Engineer, specializing in Design for Test and Design for Debug solutions for high-performance SoCs. Collaborate with diverse teams to influence DFX strategies and ensure silicon validation success.
In this role, you will define and verify advanced DFT and DFD solutions for complex systems. Your collaboration will span across architecture, firmware, and RTL teams. You'll tackle system-level problems, integrating DFX features that streamline silicon bring-up and enhance debugging throughout product life cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on DFX feature design

• Integrate DFX logic into complex So Cs

• Develop comprehensive test plans accounting for interactions

• Estimate time for feature tests and changes needed

• Build directed verification tests and debug failures
Requirements:

• Proven experience in DFT and DFD design and verification

• Proficiency with JTAG, LBIST, and ATPG tools

• Familiarity with Verilog, System Verilog, and C++

• Scripting skills in Perl, Ruby, or shell

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering
