This senior role involves overseeing new product quality from planning to launch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, aligning quality strategies with customer requirements and operational milestones. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving corrective actions and continuous improvement efforts across various sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement product quality plans
• Act as liaison with design and manufacturing teams
• Address risks related to suppliers and materials
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems
• Lead teams in resolving issues through analysis and corrective actions
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering or related discipline
• 8–10 years progressive NPI quality management experience
• Familiarity with APQP, PPAP, and corrective action methodologies
• Global experience with cultural and regulatory sensitivity
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
