Position Overview The Project Manager within the Building Restoration Consulting Team is responsible for overseeing all phases of a project from design to construction and delivery, under the support and guidance of a Project Principal. This role requires a proactive, client-focused mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding engineering services.

Strengthen the company’s reputation through exceptional partner engagement. Represent the company professionally and build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.Knowledge Development:
Continuously develop technical expertise and remain current with industry trends and best practices.Technical ResponsibilitiesManage restoration projects from the initial design phase through to completion.Lead proposal development, including defining scope, estimating fees, scheduling, and planning resources.Conduct site investigations and evaluations.Prepare detailed technical reports with findings, project recommendations, and direction for the construction phase.Develop restoration designs, including scopes of work, specifications, and construction drawings.Chair client meetings and communicate updates, changes, and key project milestones to contractors and design professionals.Manage the tendering process and perform contract administration, including bid preparation, contractor selection, and review of invoices and change orders.Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.Stay up to date with industry standards, codes, and emerging best practices.Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior engineers.Fuze HR Solutions is committed to building a diverse, accessible, and equitable workforce.
