Qualcomm Canada ULC seeks a talented engineer to join its Display Processing Unit's Silicon System Debug team. This critical role involves debugging display issues using cutting-edge practices and collaborating with various teams to refine product quality. Candidates should excel in problem-solving and technical communication while being proficient in C/C++ and Python.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and isolate display issues in silicon
• Apply debugging practices like signal capture
• Develop silicon debug procedures and data tools
• Collaborate across teams to resolve system issues
• Write technical documentation for design teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Engineering with 6+ years’ ASIC experience
• Master’s with 5+ years’ or PhD with 4+ years’ related experience
• Familiar with Display Port, HDMI, MIPI standards
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven C/C++ and Python proficiency
