Position: Lead Mechanical Engineer AECOM

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will take the lead on mechanical designs, ensuring high standards and compliance throughout various projects. This includes developing primary and detailed designs, conducting inspections, and writing technical specifications. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff while managing multiple projects and maintaining focus on quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct mechanical project design and inspection activities

• Develop designs for HVAC and plumbing systems

• Review designs and conduct thorough field investigations

• Ensure all work complies with industry codes

• Manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering

• At least 4 years of applicable experience

• P.Eng. registration in Ontario required

• Security clearance eligibility for government work

• Willingness to collaborate and communicate findings clearly
