In this pivotal role, you’ll foster relationships with owners, consultants, and subcontractors while managing change orders and project documentation. Your administrative skills will support timely project execution and schedule maintenance, making a significant impact on project outcomes and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain compliance with engineering design specifications
• Assist with project scheduling and performance monitoring
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and progress reports
• Support quality assurance and safety programs
• Prepare and manage documentation, including warranties and as-built drawings
Requirements:
• 1–3 years as a Project Coordinator in heavy construction or engineering
• Post-secondary education in a related discipline
• Experience with applicable software tools
• Strong skills in MS Office applications
• Willingness to travel as needed for project engagement
Contribute to successful project management and excellence in capital project delivery initiatives.
