Key Responsibilities:
• Build a technically skilled and diverse engineering team
• Ensure timely project completion through agile management
• Deliver customer support for products on-site and remotely
• Establish engineering documentation control standards
• Coordinate with sales for promotional materials
Requirements:
• Minimum of 7 years in electrical testing
• At least 5 years in management roles
• Knowledge of automated testing systems
• Experience in stage gate product development
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Physics
