As an FPGA Prototyping Engineer, you will drive early software development and system debug through collaboration with architecture and verification teams. Your essential skills in semiconductor validation and hardware/software co-debug will enable you to thrive in this position, especially when working with large-scale SoC designs and expert debug methods.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain FPGA-based prototypes with Xilinx FPGAs
• Perform FPGA synthesis and timing closure for SoC designs
• Debug SoC prototypes using waveform capture techniques
• Collaborate with teams to support silicon debug initiatives
• Integrate emulation platforms like Synopsys and Cadence
Requirements:
• Hands-on experience with Xilinx FPGA architectures
• Expertise in Verilog/System Verilog design
• Proficiency in tools like Synplify and Vivado
• Knowledge of SoC bring-up and debug methodologies
• Familiarity with firmware and C/C++ development
