In this pivotal role, you will architect and strategize the development of reliable data capture hardware for robotics, guiding it from concept to mass production. With over 8 years of experience in hardware engineering, you will unify electrical, firmware, mechanical, and optical systems. The focus will be on building and leading a high-performing engineering team while working closely with design and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define convergence of capture device subsystems for a singular platform

• Establish quality and reliability standards for wearable devices

• Guide products from prototype to mass production phases

• Build and manage the hardware engineering team for growth

• Transform field data into meaningful design enhancements
Requirements:

• 8+ years in hardware engineering with volume shipping experience

• Expertise in two engineering fields including embedded systems

• History of driving complex architecture convergence

• Proven ownership of hardware quality standards

• Experience collaborating with contract manufacturers in China
