Key Responsibilities
· Perform structural design and analysis for commercial projects
· Prepare and coordinate permit and construction drawings
· Collaborate with architects, consultants, and construction teams
· Support project coordination and resolve technical issues
· Conduct occasional site visits as required

Assist with permit submissions and regulatory processes Qualifications
· Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
· Licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in Ontario, or eligible / working toward designation
· Minimum 2–6 years of relevant experience
· Knowledge of Ontario Building Code (OBC)
· Experience with commercial projects is an asset
· Proficiency in relevant engineering software (e.g., ETABS, SAP
2000, AutoCAD, Revit)
· Strong communication and teamwork skills
