In this role, the Quality Engineer/Specialist will oversee product quality activities and manage the quality lifecycle of existing structures. You'll conduct risk assessments, validate designs, and ensure compliance with ISO audits while collaborating with design teams to maintain top-tier quality practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quality plans for product excellence

• Analyze historical data to foster continuous improvement

• Lead PCN and stop-order processes efficiently

• Review Failure Analysis reports for corrective actions

• Prepare presentations on global quality metrics
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering preferred

• Over 3 years in a quality role with electronic components

• Strong knowledge of IATF-16949 and automotive standards

• Familiarity with 8D and DMAIC quality tools

• Willingness to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally
