Intermediate Hydrotechnical Engineer

As part of Stantec's Water Resources Technical Team, you'll engage in various hydrological and hydraulic projects, reporting directly to a Project Manager or Team Lead. Your expertise in modeling tools like MIKE 3, HEC-RAS, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will drive impactful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop hydrodynamic models using MIKE 3 and Telemac

• Prepare clear technical reports on field investigations

• Support proposal development with project schedules and budgets

• Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams for effective project delivery

• Demonstrate knowledge of industry standards and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in Engineering focused on water resources

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in hydrotechnics

• Proficient in hydrodynamic modeling tools

• Valid G-class driver’s license required

• P.Eng. or P.Geo. eligibility preferred
