In this critical role at Synopsys, you will utilize your strong background in analog and mixed-signal design. With a Master’s degree and at least three years of experience, you will be involved in designing and optimizing circuits for speeds exceeding 100
Gbps.
Your role will require you to translate specifications into detailed designs while mentoring junior engineers and supporting silicon validation processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design high-speed analog circuits for cutting-edge IP products
• Perform transistor-level simulations across various conditions
• Supervise layout for optimal parasitic management
• Translate system-level requirements into actionable specifications
• Mentor team members and enhance design methodologies
Requirements:
• Master’s with 3+ years or PhD with 1+ year in Electrical Engineering
• Hands-on analog IC design experience in high-speed applications
• Strong foundation in circuit principles and device physics
• Proficiency with HSPICE or equivalent tools
• Knowledge of layout effects and silicon validation experience
