Our Operations team seeks entry and senior-level Industrial Water Treatment Plant Operators to support our growth. You'll work alongside engineers, tackle complex challenges, and ensure the highest water treatment standards. On-the-job training in water treatment and chemistry fundamentals will be provided to meet regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain water treatment equipment efficiently

• Troubleshoot alarms and manage emergencies tactfully

• Conduct regular lab tests on water samples

• Keep accurate logs of treatment processes and maintenance

• Perform routine equipment maintenance and repairs

Requirements:

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent

• Valid passport and willingness to travel in Canada and the U.S.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in water/wastewater systems

• EOCP Level 1 or higher certification preferred

• Mechanical skills and valid class 5 driver’s license
