Join Arcadis as a Transportation Engineering Intern starting Fall 2026. Contribute to transformational transportation projects involving traffic signals and intersection designs, working closely with senior engineers.
This intern role is an exciting opportunity for civil engineering students with 2-3 years of their programs completed. You will work within a global team to create sustainable designs and drawings using AutoCAD and Microstation. Experience in project documentation and quality control will be crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare engineering drawings with AutoCAD and Microstation
• Assist in traffic signal and roadway design tasks
• Implement quality management activities daily
• Prepare audit plans and conduct internal quality audits
• Liaise with disciplines to coordinate quality efforts
Requirements:
• Enrolled in Civil Engineering program (completed 2-3 years)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• AutoCAD and Microstation experience preferred
• Prior work with contractors or utility companies is an asset
