Senior Electrical Engineer, Power Studies

In this role, you will be the Technical Lead overseeing a strong engineering team. You'll focus on high voltage direct current (HVDC) systems, renewable energy integration, and power electronic resources, all while ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. Managing client relationships and participating in industry groups like IEEE will also be essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead EMT power system studies and project methodologies
• Analyze simulation results and develop study reports
• Meet clients for project updates and final results
• Assign resources for timely project delivery
• Drive business development and client relations efforts
Requirements:
• 15+ years of engineering experience with EMT focus
• Expert in PSCAD and EMT software applications
• Background in AC/DC system design and operation
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng or PE) certification required
• Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering preferred
