Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor planners on scheduling best practices

• Develop resource-loaded schedules for projects

• Align baseline schedules with budgets

• Monitor critical path and report performance

• Analyze subcontractor schedules and forecast completion

Requirements:

• 3-5 years’ experience in transit construction

• 3-8 years in a Planner/Scheduler role

• Ability to interpret contracts and drawings

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
