In this position, you will manage the transition from prototype to production smoothly. Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to implement robust processes for dicing, bonding, and micro-assembly.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring quality and reliability of medical devices, driving initiatives for continuous improvement in production procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop manufacturable processes from prototype designs

• Establish maintenance routines for precision manufacturing

• Conduct data-driven improvements and root cause analysis

• Qualify materials, tooling, and maintain documentation

• Partner with Quality to enhance cycle time and yield

Requirements:

• College Diploma in Engineering or related field

• 2+ years in process/manufacturing engineering

• Hands-on experience with precision processes

• Knowledge in statistical analysis and DOE/SPC

• Strong troubleshooting and communication abilities
