This position requires assistance to Project Managers in various administrative functions, including updating schedules and budgets, as well as monitoring material and equipment activities. You will also take part in project meetings, summarize discussions, and document crucial decisions affecting project direction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and schedule tasks for project management
• Maintain budgetary controls and monitor labor activities
• Record meeting minutes during project discussions
• Identify changes and assist with scope management
• Prepare progress reports for Project Manager
Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Civil/Geotechnical Engineering
• At least one year of relevant experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Familiarity with safety planning on projects
