We are seeking an RF & Network Integration Engineer with a strong understanding of both RF technologies and networking. The ideal candidate will support customer deployments, solution integration, and troubleshooting across wireless environments, bringing hands‑on experience with technologies such as 5G, LTE, and Wi‑Fi. This role requires strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to take ownership in a fast‑paced environment.
WhatYou’ll Be Responsible For:
- Integrate, configure, and troubleshoot wireless and IP network solutions, including 5G, LTE, Wi‑Fi, and related infrastructure.
- Perform RF analysis, validation, and optimization activities to support network performance and coverage objectives.
- Configure and support routing, switching, VLANs, IPsec and other enterprise networking technologies.
- Diagnose and resolve end‑to‑end connectivity issues involving RF systems and transport networks.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within customer deployment.
- Conduct site acceptance testing, system validation, and post deployment verification activities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support implementation projects and customer escalations.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, test procedures, and deployment records.
- Support lab testing, proof‑of‑concept activities, and interoperability validation.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Networking, or a related field, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
- Experience working with wireless technologies such as 5G , LTE, Wi‑Fi, microwave, or private wireless networks.
- Strong knowledge of RF concepts, including propagation, link budgets, antenna systems, coverage analysis, and interference mitigation.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, routing, switching, subnetting, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, and IPSec technologies.
- Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking equipment.
- Hands‑on experience with network monitoring, testing, and diagnostic tools.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
