Lead innovative product design at Sulon Technologies, located in Markham, Ontario. We seek a Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer focusing on advanced consumer electronics and 3D CAD.

As a Senior Mechanical Product Design Engineer, you will spearhead the mechanical design for the Sulon Cortex and future products.

Your role will integrate aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability while ensuring product specifications meet market needs. You will collaborate with ODM partners and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality electronic products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead mechanical design for product development

• Prepare design layouts and manage product architecture

• Communicate with ODM partners and cross-functional teams

• Manage specifications for electro-mechanical systems

• Optimize designs for quality and manufacturability

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• 5+ years in consumer electronics design

• Proficient in 3D CAD, preferably Solid Works

• Knowledge of GD&T and manufacturing standards

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
