• Focus on the delivery of civil site development projects and will assist in the design, construction, and project management of a wide variety of projects involving grading design, stormwater design, erosion control design, culvert design, and pavement design, etc.
• Contribute to the planning and design of complex site development projects, including emerging and large‑scale nuclear facilities.
• Professional will have hands‑on involvement in permitting process.
• Professional will have significant interaction with multi‑disciplinary internal teams and external clients.

• Perform design of projects from the conceptual and bid phase through design completion for project needs and requirements that are set by the project managers based off client needs.
• Assist the Engineering Manager in maintaining project schedules and budgets.
• Under the direction of the Engineering Manager, interface directly with the client or sub‑consultants.
• Support business development through writing of technical approaches, scopes of work, and presentation to clients.
• Responsible for effective communication with other engineering disciplines and project team.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Licensed PE or ability and interest to obtain PE and/or be in active pursuit of registration.
• Thorough understanding of civil site development (i.e., Site Plans, Permitting, Grading, Storm Water Management, Storm Water Design).
• Experience supporting or managing nuclear site development projects, including familiarity with regulatory requirements and safety protocol.

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering from either a recognized accredited program in their home country or the country in which the professional is practicing.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience.
• All applicants must be able to complete pre‑employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

• Licensed Professional Engineer or be in active pursuit of registration.
