As a Process Technologist, you will facilitate the transition from prototype to production. Collaborating with R&D and manufacturing teams, you’ll implement robust processes spanning dicing, bonding, and micro-assembly. Your expertise will ensure the quality and reliability of medical devices, driving continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

• Develop manufacturable processes from prototype designs
• Establish maintenance routines for precision manufacturing
• Conduct data-driven improvements and root cause analysis
• Qualify materials, tooling, and maintain documentation
• Partner with Quality to enhance cycle time and yield

• College Diploma in Engineering or related field
• 2+ years in process/manufacturing engineering
• Hands-on experience with precision processes
• Knowledge in statistical analysis and DOE/SPC
• Robust troubleshooting and communication skills
