Planner Scheduler

Position: Planner Scheduler at Green Infrastructure Partners
Become a key player at Green Infrastructure Partners as a Planner/Scheduler, supporting the pursuit and operations teams in the Transportation/Civil sector. This role focuses on planning, estimating project schedules, and analyzing critical path activities.

Reporting to the Planning Director, this role is suited for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the civil sector, particularly in MTO projects. You will collaborate with the project team to develop bid and baseline schedules in Primavera P6, ensuring project milestones and stakeholder requirements are met while monitoring progress and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project documents and establish project milestones

• Develop resource-loaded schedules in Primavera P6

• Conduct regular progress meetings and provide critical path analysis

• Assist in claims management with the Commercial & Engineering team

• Maintain updated schedules and report performance variances

Requirements:

• 1-3 years in Transportation/Civil sector experience

• Knowledge of MTO projects preferred

• Valid G driver’s license required

• Strong communication and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
