Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate comprehensive cost estimates from various sources

• Conduct quantity take-offs and verify tender specifications

• Prepare and review schedules and tender documents

• Lead tender meetings and manage submissions

• Evaluate job costs and support project monitoring

Requirements:

• University Degree in Civil Engineering or related

• Minimum 7 years of experience in estimating

• Familiar with commercial bidding software

• Strong understanding of construction documents

• Ability to connect and lead diverse teams
