Lead Transmission Line Engineer Ontario

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Transmission Line Engineers and Designers in project delivery

• Ensure project milestones are met while overseeing expectations

• Manage team workload in collaboration with project stakeholders

• Mentor and provide technical direction to engineering staff

• Conduct quality checks and contribute to performance improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years in overhead power transmission design

• Degree in Structural, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering

• Registered with relevant Engineering Provincial Associations

• Proficient in PLS software and utility standards knowledge

• Strong leadership and communication skills
