This senior role within WSP's Property & Buildings M&E team emphasizes high-performance HVAC and plumbing systems for various projects. You will coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, manage project execution, and ensure adherence to codes and standards. Your leadership will promote innovation and efficiency in building design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct HVAC design for sustainable building projects

• Create and approve technical documentation and designs

• Manage project deliverables, schedules, and budgets

• Mentor junior staff and enhance technical capabilities

• Collaborate with various design teams for cohesive project execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with over 10 years' experience

• Ontario Professional Engineer (PEO) license required

• Specialized expertise in HVAC and fire protection systems

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Data Centre or lab environments

• Proficiency in mechanical design software, including Revit
