Join the Global Customer Support team as a Protection Application Engineer. Apply your expertise in grid automation and protection relay applications to maximize customer satisfaction through technical support.
In this senior role, you'll provide Level 3 technical assistance for various product platforms, including P40A and the 3 Series. The position involves customer communication, scheme design, and training while working closely with R&D for product enhancements. Your contributions will be essential in powering customer outreach and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver expert Level 3 technical support for product lines
• Design and tailor protection applications to customer needs
• Address customer complaints with effective solutions
• Facilitate training sessions on recent updates
• Collaborate with multi-site teams on customer events
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
• Knowledge of numerical protection devices
• Experience of 1-5 years in power system protection
• Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
