Mechanical Technical Lead – Nuclear Projects

This role involves significant responsibility for senior-level mechanical engineering design and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will develop and review specifications, mentor less experienced engineers, and oversee facility modifications for nuclear environments. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve high standards in engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct senior-level design and analysis for nuclear facilities

• Guide junior engineers and offer mentorship

• Review design packages and engineering reports

• Monitor modifications to ensure safety standards

• Participate in risk assessments and design reviews

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Bruce Power and/or OPG settings

• Strong proficiency in mechanical engineering tools

• Comprehensive knowledge of safety principles and compliance

• Experience engaging with stakeholders and regulatory bodies

• P.Eng. license in Ontario required
