As the Lead Licensing Specialist based in Canada, your responsibilities will include handling various technical licensing tasks for the BWRX-300. This role requires collaboration with the GVH Project Team to prepare license application documentation and provide impactful presentations to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. Your expertise will directly influence safety evaluations and regulatory guidance for innovative nuclear solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead licensing efforts for BWRX-300 reactors in Canada
• Draft and submit critical safety analysis reports
• Coordinate technical presentations to CNSC personnel
• Provide guidance on nuclear safety evaluations
• Engage with teams to address regulatory challenges
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in science or engineering
• 3+ years in nuclear safety evaluations and project support
• Proven experience in regulatory guidance
• Familiarity with Canadian nuclear requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and team collaboration skills
