Position: Civil Lead Engineer for Infrastructure Projects

This full-time position requires you to oversee civil engineering aspects of projects including wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. Collaborate closely with technical teams, ensuring integrated designs and compliance with regulatory standards. You will mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality civil designs that meet community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee multidisciplinary facility projects from design to delivery

• Collaborate with engineering teams for seamless execution

• Navigate environmental permitting and municipal processes

• Provide technical guidance and review work quality

• Maintain project schedules and cost management

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in civil engineering relevant to facilities

• P.Eng. registration in Ontario required

• Civil Engineering degree from an accredited institution

• Experience with water infrastructure projects

• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
