Working from the Markham office, you will be engaged in various licensing activities, including preparing and submitting safety analysis reports to the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission. Your experience in nuclear regulatory requirements and interaction with regulatory bodies will be crucial in this role. Collaborate with engineering teams to foster a safe and efficient licensing process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage in nuclear safety evaluations and licensing documentation
• Collaborate with CNSC during regulatory reviews
• Manage preparation of safety analysis reports
• Facilitate technical discussions with regulatory staff
• Maintain compliance with nuclear regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or science
• At least 5 years in regulatory affairs or safety evaluations
• Familiarity with nuclear facility licensing
• Competence in complex project management
• Effective communication and collaboration skills
