Position: Civil Engineer for Land Development Projects
Join SCS Consulting Group as an Intermediate Land Development Engineer, focusing on advanced municipal infrastructure designs. Engage in impactful projects across the Golden Horseshoe area in Southern Ontario.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Project Manager and leverage your civil engineering skills in the design and construction phases of various land development projects. You will be responsible for creating detailed grading and servicing designs, managing cost estimates, and coordinating project timelines. Your communication skills will be critical for liaising with contractors, clients, and sub-consultants effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed grading and service design documents

• Prepare accurate project cost estimates

• Coordinate project approvals and timelines

• Communicate with various stakeholders and teams

• Support project delivery across multiple clients
Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Technology

• At least four years of related experience

• Understanding of stormwater management and site grading

• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with municipal approval processes in GTA
