Based in Markham, Ontario or Laval, Québec, you will engage with building owners to produce quotes and detailed estimates for HVAC Controls. Your expertise will drive accurate project proposals and identify potential risks or savings, ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate comprehensive cost estimates for HVAC projects

• Establish project scopes based on manager input and specs

• Coordinate pre-bid discussions with Account Managers

• Identify savings and negotiate vendor contracts

• Support in assessing engineering needs

Requirements:

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 years in estimating or significant controls experience

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and automation

• Ability to manage tight deadlines efficiently

• Clean driver’s license for at least 12 months
